Handmade clay pottery and decorative items

This is our classic free form traditional coffee mug. It is safe for the dishwasher or microwave. It is stoneware and will retain heat, so be cautious and use a coaster when putting down onto a wood surface.

These little chairs are hand carved from a single hollow extrusion. They are glazed in a white matte glaze that shows all the cut marks and textures. I like to think of them as small studies in composition, especially when in small groups. They invoke chairs where groups just got up to go in the house for something, but will be coming out again to sit and talk later.
